Technical Drafter / Mechanical CAD Engineer (Fusion 360)

We develop advanced robotics, seeding systems, and harvesting machines for next-generation vertical farms — entirely in-house. Our concept is proven, our machines are running, and now we are entering the next phase: scaling up and refining every detail.

That’s why we are looking for a Technical Drafter / Mechanical CAD Engineer who loves turning working concepts into production-ready machines. You’ll work directly on machines that are already operational and rapidly evolving. Your work will immediately impact the next generation of automated food production. We move fast, build smart, and solve real-world problems!

What you’ll be doing

• Detail and document mechanical parts and assemblies

• Create clear production drawings and technical documentation

• Improve and finalize existing machine designs

• Be a part of our engineering and robotics teams

• Help optimize machines for manufacturing, assembly, and scalability

What you bring to Growy

• You are a true finisher — you love polishing and perfecting designs

• You have experience with Fusion 360 or other CAD software

• You understand mechanical engineering and production processes

• You work accurately and independently

• You enjoy working in a fast-moving scale-up environment

• You have a hands-on mentality

• Professional proficiency in English

• Available 32–40 hours per week
