Production Operator (Temporary - Groningen)

At Foamplant, we’re revolutionizing the materials industry by producing the world’s first and only circular foam. As we prepare to relocate our operations to Amsterdam later this year, we are looking for dedicated Production Operators to join our team in Groningen and ensure smooth, reliable production in the coming 3-4 months.

What You'll Do
As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in manufacturing our innovative biodegradable foam. You'll work closely with a dynamic team on cutting-edge production and automation systems, helping us meet demand while maintaining our commitment to quality.

Your job will consist of but is not limited to:

• Operating our pilot & scale-up production hardware

• Operating our downstream processing & packaging hardware

• Performing logistical tasks for incoming & outgoing orders

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for proactive and dependable team players who are comfortable working independently in a shift-based production environment.

Requirements:

• A MBO Operator diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Available 32 hours per week or more

• Willingness to work shifts to support 24-hour production

• You are pro active and are able to work independently

• Start date: as soon as possible
